Please have clear photos or scans of these documents ready to upload:
- Private hire driver’s licence (paper and photo badge)
- Private hire vehicle licence (paper licence)
- DVLA driving licence (photo and paper) and a DVLA check code
- Vehicle insurance certificate
- MOT certificate (less than 6 months old)
- Vehicle log book
